Most aggressive implant surgeon in terms of sizing

Is Dr. Hakky considered the most aggressive in terms of sizing? Even moreso than Dr.Eid? Any other known surgeon that is considered more aggressive?

you’re better off just doing a ton of traction before your implant then trying to find someone to be too aggressive.

Just the other day I was cleaning out my wealth of useless downloaded stuff. I found a link to a bunch of research papers. Scrolling down the list. I see in the brief description that one pertains to aggressive sizing. Part of it said that some doctors are willing to add 1cm to the combined probed length. FWIW, I did not read the entire paper. In this list of links I did see a link to the Propper (spelling) study. I'm pretty sure that the list of links came from FT.
In an attempt to throw gasoline onto this hot topic. A week or so ago I ventured a guess on stretching the tunica with a slightly oversized implant. The advice was to just use the search function.
I've done that several times. The only stories that I found pertained to the rear tip slipping out at the base. There is a decent repair for this.
This oversizing study seems to prove to me that the tunica can be stretched slightly, at least 1cm anyways.

I am pretty sure I am sized to the max. At 3 years since the implant, if I pump to the max, it starts hurting within 5 minutes. Not tolerable at all at 30 minutes. I often wonder if the implant was a little shorter, could I get it rock hard without the pain. I don't go rock hard anymore because of the pain and I am worried about erosion. Few weeks ago while having sex, I pumped it to hard and had to stop to let a little out. Are you sure you want it to over max length?

I think my surgeon aggressively sized me.
I hesitate to advise that he always does it because I don't know.
I have gained a CM and actually have no pain at full inflation.
I can feel a tiny bit of glans discomfort then, but I can maintain it for hours and even sleep with it inflated.
His surgical notes don't show a larger implant than the measurements.

Dr Kramer tends to be aggressive in sizing.

Hakky took me from 21cm cylinders to 26cm so I'd call that pretty aggressive too.

I would prefer a surgeon who sizes me properly,like mine did.Thecworse thing that could happen to you is get an implant that is too long or to short!Any good implant surgeon is going to use an implant that fits properly on both ends,nothing more,nothing less!You can’t get a longer dick with an implant, possibly more girth,but not length!
