Hi everyone.
I have a quick question for those who have already been implanted. Apart from the round/flat thing, what's the look of your penis? Mine has a "venous" aspect, both when flaccid and erect.
When I get an erection my veins are visible and full, of course.
If i decided to go for an implant would the aesthetics of my penis be affected? I'd accept slight changes, but i'd rather get back my penis and look at it without noticing too many differences.
Plus, I'm worried about my girth. My surgeon keeps stating that it will be no loss, but when i read certain experiences here I'm skeptical and i would like to address this specific issue with someone who's already undergone surgery.

As far as appearance, the biggest change is my flaccid state.

Before my implant, I was a grower. Now, I have a much larger flaccid dick that results in a much more noticeable lump in my pants.

When I'm fully inflated and not excited, my hard on is a bit flatter than before my implant. When I'm excited, blood fills around the implant, and my hard on is more round.

I don't think I lost any girth. And, most importantly to me, I now have as close to a natural hard on as possible, and I can fuck any time, anywhere, with just a minute or so notice. And without the worry of losing my hard on.

My veins are only bulging when I use my VED and rings,without that no.Comes down to yes there are trade offs but an implant makes you rock hard and without the implant you have a limp dick.Pretty simple choice for me!

Before surgery could you see your veins bulging when getting erection without VED and rings or you had the same problem ?

Before surgery I used TriMix injections which would engorge me and hold the blood in,so yes.I,like most of us with ED have a Venous Leak and can’t hold blood in.After the implant for most of us that doesn’t change so you will not see blood filled veins.Doesn’t mean you can’t have great sex,because I can.An Implant is a great last resort to not being able to maintain an erection and while there are trade offs the good far out way the bad!!Love mine after a little over a year of use!

The veins are in the flesh on the outside of the tunica that controls the implants. I'd be shocked if the implants changed that at all. To be exact. On YouTube, inflated penis's look exactly like what they are.....an erect dick.
Don't worry about this.

from my view, ie, top, my veins still show and are full, so it looks about the same, the head is a bit smaller, does not engorge as much. My penis is flatter now, was rounder and thicker. Lost 1.25 inch in girth and .5 inch in length. My wife is actually loving my dick now, before I was a bit large for her and she could not take me anal. It was a pride thing for me.
