Are you able to pump 90-100% under your jeans?

Are you able to pump around 90-100% under your jeans or is it too uncomfortable and painfull?
Is it possibile to keep it pumped pointing up ? Please specificy which type of implant you have.
( I ask this for men who are in the situation of having casual sex without letting know about the implant )
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

Yes, If unzipped. No, if not.

Praticamente dice che se ha la cerniera aperta riesce, altrimenti no.

I had a pair and put a hole in the pocket. I could pump mine up almost complete. AMS
