Numb Glans before implant

Anyone with pre-implant numb glans manage to still have an enjoyable implanted sex life despite not having much glans sensation? Feel free to DM me with your experience

I’ve accepted my glans will not get better, and I’d just like to hear from anyone with numb glans and an implant.

I’m currently on daily cialis. Doesn’t do much for me I’m afraid. I hate this so much.

Do you get adequate night time tumescence? I think what's needed is blood flow to get the platelets there and help healing. Healing can take years for some things.

You aren't on SSRI's per chance, are you?

Any chance you could try alprostadil cream on the glans?

Strangely enough I wake up with pretty adequate morning wood but admittedly poor glans engorgement. The glans health just abruptly deteriorated about two weeks ago where I no longer have erotic sensation in it and it doesn’t fill up

This has happened before and when it does, the sensation that is lost never comes back, but it would always leave me with some leftover sensation as crazy as this might sound its my reality.
But this time tho it seems I’ve finally ran out of sensation to give. Masturbation isn’t even enjoyable anymore. And no I wasn’t overmasturbating I barely did it once a week. Mentally I was doing fine until this happened now I’m kinda sad about it… I still have hope that things will get better because with the implant being a possibility I know I can at least still have sex but in the two weeks since this happened, I can’t feel shit. It really is so bizarre. I’m on daily cialis atm, and have never taken SSRIs or propecia or finasteride etc.

I would say try the trimix gel. I have dead glans and it definitely gives it blood flow. Does cause that dull trimix pain though. Have not used it enough to tell if it returns the sensitivity.

Stay away from those websites. But I understand that was years ago, it shouldn't be deteriorating like this.

Is this a venous leak? Could you get an ultrasound done, and also check for peyronies? Try get a diagnosis?
