Anybody use it? How is it used for glans engorgement?

Following this because I am interested in using it for increased glans engorgement.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

I know the prescribed way to administer it, but I am looking for off label use just for glans engorgement. Already having an implant, I don't think I want to administer a full dose. May just start with very small dose and see what happens.

got it today. used 3 clicks. Engorged glans nicely after 1/2 hr. didn't increase girth any over the implant size. My memory of my previous girth must have been an exaggeration in my mind. Never measured girth before PC.Just nice full purple glans. Had the dull trimix ache for 3 hrs. Will save it for special occasions.

Tried it a couple times. Burned, painful just like the injections did. Very expensive. Occasional cock ring for a change of pace was - is a better choice for me. Implanted successfully 1 year ago. There are other challenges though. Won’t digress on someone else’s thread.
1947-77YO Uncut Married 48 years to supportive wife. Serious ED at 65YO. Used pills, VED, rings, Muse, Increasing Trimix: discontinued with 85 units of 80/3/25 didn't work. Got peyronies. 22cm Coloplast Titan 11/18/20. Legacy pump.125ml reservoir. Pleased
