I wonder if an alpha blocker would help for someone who does not have such issues presently (like me). Your signature doesn't mention it for you either. I actually asked my urologist a couple weeks ago about adding an alpha blocker and he negated the idea (wouldn't help). But I suppose if I could get my hands on an alpha blocker I could try it out.
EDIT: actually, I'm already taking yohimbine which I just learned is an alpha blocker. I'm taking so many supplements and have leapt in them so unscientifically it's hard to know if any are doing anything. Though I do believe in the Citrulline / L-Arginine combo.
Everyone is different and reactions to these drugs vary quite a lot.
Yes, this combination (udenafil + phentolamine + Seredyn) worked for me but it may not work for others. Only a doctor can say what's right in each case.
I tried yohimbe and other alpha-blockers in the past and none of them worked, only phentolamine was effective. Yohimbe was unbearable (insomnia, tachycardia, headaches) and I had to quit.
If your doctor told you not to take up this regimen, you should follow his advice (e.g. heart patients should never try this, you may have low blood pressure).
Keep us posted on your progress, good luck!
