sex for the first time after implant

Well into my sixth week with the AMS LGX inside me, I finally had a quickie today.
Absolutely no pain, but not that pleasurable after all!
The blow job was great. but the stiffness I dreamt of is simply not there
Wondering if rigidity is a function of
a. how much I inflate
b. the device
c. the skills of the surgeon?
I do about 10 pumps or should I be doing more? The pump does harden beyond this point.
My size is disappointing at around 4.3. My pre-op was about 5.
No doubt some sensation was there, but i could do with a lot more.
It appeared kind of mechanical and machine-like.
And yes, while leaving she remarked- what was that vein like thing? She was critical of the protruding tubes on the shaft. Plus the condom goes short of the tubes.
Will all this improve over time?

The first time I had sex with a woman after implant I was way shorter than I am now. But I had trouble with one cylinder inflating after activation. That was mostly resolved before I had sex the first time with a women. I had gains out past a year with aggressive cycling. Dealing with size loss begins before surgery. ED causes size loss and you can do stretching with VED to help lessen this or even regain some recent loss. Some doctors even have you use VED post implant surgery.

Right now you should be following your doctors instructions for cycling. You might even ask your doctor about VED use. After you are cut loose buy your doctor ask fully healed you can decide if you want to try more aggressive cycling or even try VED use if your doctor was not recommending it.

There are some good documents in the general section of this forum under the documents worth reading thread on size loss. You might want to do some reading over there.

As far as sensation loss there has been a lot of threads on that and it has been my understanding that this does improve on it's own but as with my size gains past a year I also had improvements with sensation for nearly that long.

If you want to do stretching for size gains with your implant by aggressive cycling this is done by inflating to maximum where you feel stretching but not pain. Then wait until the stretching feeling lessens and pump some more until you feel the stretching again. Do this for at least 1/2 hour twice a day. If the stretching turns to pain at any time stop and deflate. I did up to a hour but I think 1/2 hour would work just as well. But you should follow your doctors cycling direction now. You might try heat to soften the pump and cylinders to permit more pumps and soften the cylinders for more expansion. But again speak with your doctor before you do anything while under his/her care.

I usually put 20-30 pumps in. It depends on how big your cylinders are, mine are 18cm. RTEs don’t count because they don’t fill with fluid.

I started by about 70 pumps in first month of cycling till pump is extremely hard to depress. Then gradually it came down to about 30, which is the norm for me now. I believe you need to inflate more, and if you are unable to do that, see your doctor to check why this is happening.
Even if there are any issues with the implant, as we can see with some members, implant stiffness is not one of them. If there is enough saline in the reservoir, and the pump is working properly, you should be able to inflate to the max. Not necessary right now. It varies.

3 months post op, lgx 700.
I am on over 20 pumps, about 75% are full pumps. There is a lot of resistance at the end, it's by overcoming it slowly over time that you get more pumps in.
I don't know what size I have, or if any rte's. I gained size continiously over time. You will continue to gain I'm sure.

The tubing won't get better, it didn't in my case. It doesn't bother me, nothing to be done about it.

I haven't used mine yet. So go you.

Agree with LRF.
I wouldn't worry about the tubing if I am having sex with my girlfriend or wife who knows about my implant.
