Recent implant September 29th concerns
I recently joined the implant brotherhood with the AMS 700 LGX, went to my post operation appointment in Saturday and the doctor showed me how to inflatw and deflate. It felt like I was being pinched by a crab it hurt so bad. What I noticed when I got home I that my penis became swollen in the right side and when the swelling kind went down I noted on the right side of the penis a deformed looking lump. Is this the norm? I also can see a bulge in the public area where the reservoir was placed and it looks kinda obvious. Im not in any pain only the discomfort of having a half inflated errection 24 hours a day. How long does it take for the pain to subside in the scrotum to be able to learn how to inflate and deflate? But my biggest concern is the ride of the penis being swollen. Please advise.

Dr. Pooli in North Hollywood California but also the representative from Boston scientific was there to supervise the proceeding. I dont understand what you mean by sactoral or public insertion

I don't like the sound of you having 2 lumps.
I don't think there's an excuse for the reservoir lump.
Did you have a pre-existing condition like Peyronies or plaque?

Don't look for problems. Give yourself time to heal, time for the swelling to go down. We have all done something to our dicks that scares us to death. Most all of us come out ok. Try not to worry (easily said!!!) And...good luck man!!!

I don't think the representative is there to supervise. Maybe suggest a few things based upon the companies training. Honestly, I'm not even sure the reps are even MD's.
Folks, if I'm wrong, please correct me.

Gt, You are right about them being (well) trained by Boston Scientific. My rep was the guy who activated me, checked the implant and cleared me to begin cycling. As I understand, the reps main purpose is to bring a variety of implants and pieces, so that any part or size cylinder is on hand if needed during surgery. No doctor or hospital can afford to maintain an inventory of implants.
