I flew a domestic US flight and TSA immediately noticed something unusual about my crotch. I'm pulled aside and told they needed to run their hand around it and perhaps take me into an inspection room. Me: "Whatever you need but I have a DICK IMPLANT". The 20 something TSA agent just stares back at me, then lightly pats me down and releases me. That was fun.

At least it was quick--and you enjoyed it, lol.
TSA-pre avoids most of that except the one time I was randomly selected to go through the scanner.

I have gone through the scanner 2x now and neither time did they check me for anything after.
Age 37. Venous Leakage & Post Finasteride Syndrome (PFS) since age 18.

8+ years implanted. Lots of flights. No problems. I've also had a titanium hip for 15ish years. A few questions early on but really nothing in years. Have fun! Good luck!

8 flights since my implant 13 months ago. The scanners detected it 7 times. Every TSA agent thus far seemed familiar with implants...some are a bit more invasive with their pat-downs than others however.

He said they noticed something unusual about his crotch not that he set anything off. A big dick is hard to hide. Especially if it's extra large. Make me think of the old saying. "Are you happy to see me or is that a gun in your pocket" LOL

Although part of TSA pre check, got randomly selected for X-ray this weekend. Still 100 percent on flagged for groin anomaly. My wife thinks it’s funny.

I traveled with my Titan in the USA and never had a problem nor pathdown.
Also traveled throughout Europe a lot and never had a problem.
This past year, traveled with my AMS CX and had no problems.
