Re: Implant is stuck what to do
I have the lgx 700, most of the apperatus is the same, just the cylinders differ.
First, try holding in the deflate button for at least 4 seconds.
This resets the valve.
Then try inflating.
For the first pump, you want to be quick, confident and firm.
If done right you will hear and feel a distinct 'pop'.
This means the valve is now one way, and each subsequent time you pump, the saline solution will transfer into the cylinders, but not back into the reservoir, allowing you to inflate.
So, hold down the reslease button for at least 4 seconds (I do more), then a quick confident firm pump, hear the pop, the pump up slow and steady.
If that doesn't work, then maybe something is wrong, maybe a leak as you say.
Try to stay calm and give it a try!

Additionally, you can find out who the AMS rep for your area is, and talk to them, but first I would reach out to your surgeon if the re-set doesn't work. There is definitely a learning curve and break in period.

I would say that your advice is very good. Don't be quick to blame the implant this early in the recovery. Personally I would be surprised that a leak could empty the reservoir this quickly. Likely that the check valve isn't getting set correctly as suggested. So your pumping action is just swishing the fluid around rather than truely moving it to the implants.

We have all had these thoughts, to differing degrees, many of us have been in very dark places, myself included.
So we know what it's like, it will get better, you will get through this.
When you see your Dr tomorrow, or the rep, they will know what to do. They will quickly be able to tell what is going on.
If there is something wrong, they will sort it out!
We'll just have to wait and see tomorrow.
All the best, chap, be strong. I had so many moments of doubt on the road, I'm so glad I stuck with it. You'll be here too soon enough.

Re: Implant is stuck what to do
I have a CX and the pump would get stuck all the time. Push the ball it goes flat and does not refill. All I had to do was activate the deflat button and the pump would refill. It happened pretty often but I did not want to have a new pump put in so I dealt with it. After about 6 or 8 months it stopped acting up. If just pushing the deflect button does not work then I would squeeze my dick and push the button. Hope you get it figured out.

Re: Implant is stuck what to do
4 seconds is what AMS' literature says, but how DEEPLY you depress the deflate button is important, too. As you depress te button to go frm inflate position to deflate position, you should fell a soft click of the valve shifting from one position to the other. Similar to the "pop" you get when you make that first inflation squeeze of the pump bulb, but the deflate button's pop is more subtle.

As lost sheep says, how firmly you push the deflate button matters.
I push firmly, until the button is flush with the pump casing.
Then hold for at least 4 seconds
I'm not silly with it, but it is a firm press.
Good luck tomorrow.
