Scrotum swelling

Hey guy I could use some input, im 16 days post-op over the last week my scrotum has been swelling a bit however over the last 3 days it has really swollen to the point I can barely feel the pump. Seems to mostly be the skin as opposed to internally. I've called the Dr's nurse a few time she tells me to ice and keep my feet elevated.

How normal is this? Should I make an appointment with the Dr?

Swelling getting considerably worse from post op days 13-16??? I would contact the doctor.

And fevers?, drainage or discharge from the incision?
56yo, NYC. ED started at 40. Pills, then shots for 10 years. 24cm Coloplast Titan XL w/classic pump by Dr Eid 3/25/2025. Will meet for show & tell.

No fever, drainage or discharge. Just discomfort

I think you should see your doctor as soon as possible, if for no other reason than to rule out the possibility of an infection.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
