SENSITIVITY MISSING FROM GLANS

Since my prostate surgery I have a loss of feeling in my glans. I seem to have lost a lot of the sensitivity in them. I am still wearing incontinence pads. Having a damp pad rubbing on the glans for 12 hours or more at a time cannot be good. I'm wondering if the is part of the problem. Even with a trimix erection its very difficult to orgasm because I just don't feel a whole lot. Any one else have this problem or had it. Is there anything I can do to help it. Does the sensitivity return in time? I'm open for any suggestions or comments you may may have.

All my nerves were removed or damaged. AT 4 YEARS later my dick is starting to get blood filling. For over 3 years the glans was white and cold. Still not near as sensitive as before RP.
83, good health, RP 7-2017, all nerves taken , PSA 0.05in 2025,, implanted 4-1-18, Infra-pubic, AMS lgx 15 cm with 5cm rte. Implant at USC Keck. Dr Boyd and Dr Loh Doyle 6.5 x 5, 800 AUS 7-21-20 at Keck
