Ambicore 2 piece implant

Has anyone had the Ambicore 2 piece implant. Can you shed some light on the advantages or disadvantages of it to the Titan etc.

70 y/o physically active. Implanted June 3, 2022 Ambicor. Too many side effects with Cialis, Viagra and Trimix.
