I had an AMS 700 cx implant surgery a little over two weeks ago. I understand the inflating pretty well although it is painful , deflating is a chore. It is difficult to hold onto the deflate as it always seems to slip out of my hand. There also seems to be a mass or something in my scrotum that gets in the way of the deflate button. I can never get it completely deflated. Has anyone else have this issue?

Yep-and I know EXACTLY what you mean. Did your dr. give you the brochure that has the bulb in it? If not then fell around for the little button that you push down for four seconds and let go then another four seconds and let go. It can be awkward at first but you'll get the hang of it, Now the mass your feeling is actually part of the mechanism according to my doctor. But try to feel for that button! You'll get it!

I wasn't allowed to touch my previously bent dick for 4 weeks that was pumped to 80-90% for 4 weeks. Dr had to squeeze the deflate button. I went through the roof with pain. So painful that I couldn't bring myself to push that hard. Nice and straight now but that 4 week boner was hell.

Pumping is easier than deflating. I think the blob you are talking about is a capsule the body is forming around the pump, makes is sensitive right now.

I get this super sharp jolt into the right side of my shaft sometimes, almost like a nerve is being compressed.
