The question is,
After getting an implant and you lost the ability to have an orgasm, during sex, how long was it before you started having orgasms again?
78 - Married 54 years - Coloplast Titan, 22cm and no RTE's - Installed June 2019 Nebraska Medicine, Dr. Deibert (urologist/surgeon)
Update: Replaced implant due to pump failure. New implant Nov.19th, 2024 - Coloplast Titan w/OTR pump - 22cm + 1cm RTE

From the time I was cleared for sex, it was roughly two and a half months before I came during sex. So, around four and a half months after the surgery.

Was able to have one the first time I tried, about 10 days post op.

I have noticed, that if I am 95+% pumped, it makes it much much tougher to.
Age 37. Venous Leakage & Post Finasteride Syndrome (PFS) since age 18.

Honestly, after four months of surgery, I am able have an orgasm receiving oral but I am having hard time during intercorce. I am having sex at least 4 time a week, hopefully, I will start reaching it sometime soon.
I am extremely happy with my CX, specially with the girth.
57 yo, PHX, AZ. ED all my life.Used Viagra,Cialis,Trimix failed. Implanted AMS 700CX 21 cm +2 cm RTE on 03/11/2021. Dr Shawn Blick.
Pre/post-op size length 6.0"X 6.5" girth. Cycling at week 2,Sex at week 3.
Cycling full erected 1hr am, 1hr pm
