Afirma-se, ainda, que PAULO HENRIQUE EGYDIO fez e promoveu publicidade que sabe ou deveria saber enganosa e abusiva, ao garantir que seu procedimento cirúrgico experimental era capaz de garantir tamanho e calibre, sem perda de sensibilidade da função reprodutiva dos pacientes, o que ocasionou danos individuais a V.M.M., E.R.M., Z., A.H.J., e R.N.B..
