I felt I needed to share this situation with men that have implants. At this time it has not been determined that my implant caused this, I will keep this blog updated.
November 2020 I went in and had my failed Titan replaced, there was a leak in system somehow and the company paid for a total replacement. My Urologist said the pump was placed on the right side because the old pump was on the left and there was a lower risk of infection. Post surgery I noticed the left testicle was getting larger. By May this year it felt like I was carrying around a grapefruit. Went to the Urologist had blood work and ultrasound taken it was decided it was best to remove it and have a biopsy, and install a prosthetic nut.
I am adding some before and after photos and will update when the results come in.

So sorry PC, please keep us informed.
Used Viagra & Cialis until lost vision in one eye due to AION, therefore can never use pills again, then tri-mix 1 1/2 years until unreliable. Implanted 9/20/22 at 77 years old by Dr. Yafi, UC Irvine. Married 55 years wife 76. 20cm Coloplast Titan.

Nuance, it was Seminoma Testicular Cancer. The Urologist was simply confused how it turned up at my age, its usualy discovered in men in their mid 30's. I had to have it removed and a prosthetic testical installed. Then went through 4 months of Chemotheorpy, that was the worse experiance of my life.

stmfttr, What a differance having a "Quality" Dr is over a "Quantity" Dr. Now that my new Urologist has repaired all the damage caused by the first installation, my inflated penis almost points straight up, very sastisfied.
