How long until after your surgery did it take for your glans to inflate? Im 5 days out and still in pain but i have 0 glans function with a titan.

Hi,
While the tips go into the glans, they do not engorge the glans. If your glans engorged prior to surgery, it should engorge on arousal.

They engorged prior to surgery and have yet to engorge upon arousal.

Give it time. Pain, trauma and psyche can cause a lot of issues with engorgement.

In time you should become more comfortable in multiple ways (physically healed, less or no pain and psychologically) and you should find that you start to engorge.

Hell, you might even be lucky enough to have a small degree of shaft engorgement in due time. Some men do have some engorgement after implantation although it's never to be expected, just welcome it graciously if you're blessed to experience it.

Yes it can absolutely be the pain blocking it. And i cant really test physical stimulation at the moment. I have tested viagra, citrulline and porn and that didnt work.

I can feel engorgement of the penis when aroused but i dont know how much is actually happening physically.

In my case, the glans needs a little help. It doesn't engorge like pre-op, but after healing the sensitivity returned. There is a gel I got from the doc to help with that issue.

@darkflame - Give yourself some time! You aren’t even one week post op, right?
I had surgery with Eid and didn’t masturbate or have sex until 3 weeks. At that time my glans engorged fully so be patient.
