So as you can 18cm is the size but what is the 12mm forgot to ask my Dr

The 12 mm is the diameter of each of the new corpora cylinders they’ve installed where your corpora cavernous used to be.

You’ve got 100 ml in your reservoir.

You’ve got 3 cm of rear tip extenders.

Also, the cylinders and pump have InhibiZone antibiotic coating but the reservoir and RTEs do not. The reservoir is a 100ml "Conceal" model which is a low profile design that collapses in on itself when fluid is removed.

Welcome to the brothers Blah, You & I have all most identical mechanicals,
I also received a 3 cm RTE, my Dr explained the 18cm Lgx is more trouble free then the larger ones so many will adjust w RTEs as necessary. Hang in there the next three months are a happy roller coaster brother

Yeah it's been one hell of a week the pain is going down little by little but fuck it's annoying since I have a spinal cord injury and the discomfort makes my right leg spasm
