My pump is upside down (bulb pointing up) under Mr. L Nut. Haven't seen Him in 3 months. How does this work out?

I think my pump got sutured in place so that I know where it is at all times. Usually, drs advises to pull the pump down, but follow your doc's advise.

This varies as was said above and even depends on the man and his dexterity. A very low pump is easier to operate for men with limited dexterity and some men want it hidden as much as possible. And if placed really high it can result in the man not being able to operate it. It is different for us to operate the pump than it is for the doctor or medical provider as he or she is facing 180 degrees from the man who has to go around his penis and testicles. My first surgeon had extra tubing and my pump was very low and advised to leave it a lone. And it was in the bottom of my scrotum. Easy to get to and move to the front. My second doctor had it very high and at my 2 week incision check the nurse practitioner advised I could pull down on the pump. It is higher now and more difficult to operate but hidden better. So again this depends on the man and the surgeon so it varies a lot and something you should talk with your doctor about.

Good luck going forward with this.
