1st time implant.
Hey guys Wednesday the 19th I had “ coloplast titan touch “ put in after fighting about 4 years of peyronies . Very popular DR. In NY installed same. I was in the bathtub feeling around and I believe I felt the pump( I have a VERY small sack ) that ball “ pump “ was Extremely hard and I was thinking there is no way I can squeeze that. Also not sure if I can get to the release button due to my small sack. Any ideas?

Welcome to the brotherhood. I believe the pump is hard at first and will get easier after a few pumps. I had mine implanted 10 days ago, and my pump feels like a rock.

Mine is an AMS but yes they are as hard as a rock but will loosen up fairly quick. Don’t give up. Welcome to the bionic brotherhood.

Haven’t pumped it yet, trying to find the release button before I do. Like I said I have a tight ball bag, makes it even harder.

The hard part of the place you're at now is patience. You'll need it again and again.
Right now, you sack is swollen, full of excess fluids, and very tender. All of this will ease with time. I also have a fairly small ballsack. I even asked the doctors I interviewed if it was big enough to tolerate having a pump in there. They all said yes and that it might start out tight but my body would adjust.
My doctor had me gently feel around inside my sack several times each day. He wanted me to pull down on the pump just a little to make sure it settled into the right place. (DON"T do this without your doctor's advice, my surgery was different that yours.) During the first few days after my surgery, I couldn't feel anything in there except that big pump. As they swelling went down it got easier and I could (carefully!) feel the block on top of the pump and the deflate button on the side of that block. By day8, when I was "activated" at the doctor's office, I could find the button fairly easily. The bulb was hard and the deflate button not what I'd call easy to fully depress, so it hurt some to use them, but both got much easier over time.
I'm glad your doctor lets you be in a bath. My incision was sealed with surgical glue and my doc let me start hot baths on the 3rd day. The relief I got from that was amazing - best relief from the surgery pain of anything I did. Ice packs were great for the swelling, but the hot water baths (as hot as I could stand them) let my sack skin relax more, making more room for all 3 boys, and the whole are just felt comfortable. The pump bulb is very hard at first, but gets softer with use. Being in a hot bath also softens the pump a little. So for weeks, I got in at hot bath several times a day for both relief and inflating. When I got home from my surgery travel I even bought a hot tub. Still use it most every day for at least one inflation. If you can't have a hot bath during the initial inflations, you may want a hot shower or even a heating pad.
A man's scrotal skin CAN be stretched. There are websites dedicated to showing how to have "low hangers". I haven't needed that, and everything feels good down there now, and has for a long time. I don't notice the extra equipment unless I focus on it, and then it feels great - I'm bigger and heavier in both sack and shaft.
Best wishes for a quick recovery. It does get better, a LOT better. Patience, grasshopper!

Like Quincy said, patience is key for a full recovery. Sit back and relax!

It depends how your doctor placed the pump. Mine was stitched in place because I have a large sack. Didn’t want my testicles getting wrapped up. My doctor also detached my penis from the sack, thus looks longer.
