After a few months of this I have noticed that the same dose on the right side is very different from the left. Same dose will give me a weaker and shorter lasting erection than same dose on the right. I have done three units and lasted for over two hours when on the right and the last two hits on the left with 3 units have been just enough to finish and not super strong.
What would cause this?

Different sides, different results
57 years old, artificial heart valve. TRT started May, 2020. ED/libido issues never fixed by TRT. Not super responsive to viagra/cialis. Started Trimix 2/2021. 20/7.5/.25 mix.

Re: Different sides, different results
I used to think this but I have since noticed the "sweet spot" - sometimes an injection hits a good spot and works better.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:

Re: Different sides, different results
When I was injecting regularly, and Trimix still worked, I tended to get very different results from each side. Right side not as successful, while the left side never failed to produce a powerful and long lasting erection. One uro thought it might be a result of scar tissue on that side of my penis.
