Can a female partner still feel you "pulse" when you ejaculate during vaginal intercourse with an implant? My girlfriend finds this to be a big turn-on and am wondering if this will still happen after implant.

Although so far I've only ejaculated once inside my wife since I got my implant, she could feel it. And you want to know something else? She can tell when I do Kegel contractions while I'm inside her too. The pulsing of my dick swelling from contracting my pelvic floor gets her so hot she can cum from that alone. She says it feels like I'm cumming, only without the cum.
