Coloplast Titan
Hello all! New to the board. Had surgery on December 29 to implant the Coloplast Titan, so I'm just over 3 months out. Not sure if I like this thing or not. Having tons of trouble getting it to inflate. Bulb feels like a steel ball bearing when I try to squeeze it. Have been back to urologist twice and he says its normal and to give it time. I did read on Coloplast's website about problems with a "sticky valve." Their solution was to use both hands, one on the deflate valve, and then squeeze the bulb 10 times rapidly to release the valve. When I do that, the bulb pumps quite easily. Of course, with the deflate valve also pressed, its not going to inflate. Back to the same ball bearing hardness when I release the deflate valve I've tried to contact Coloplast with no response. Anyone else have this problem, and if so, what's the solution? Thanks!

Re: Coloplast Titan
Loved my titan. Pump does take some learning but prefer it over my ams 700 rectangular block. I will go back to it on my next revision.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.
