Venous Leak & Morning Wood

Postby ViaSwiss » Mon Mar 29, 2021 10:33 am

My morning wood has increased substantially over the past months, however my doppler ultrasound last week showed that my venous leak has actually gotten worse. Is morning wood and VL correlated or not?

Might be a seasonal reaction. Births are not spread thru the year equally. I forget what day it is. But there is one day of the year that gets the most births. I'd think that centered around that day would be a big cluster of births. Perhaps your sudden morning wood is an unknown hormone or reaction telling your body to go reproduce? Hey, just an interesting idea.

I think it would depend on how severe your venous leakage is. Are you still able to get an erection for sex? If so then you probably still can get morning wood. I'm not sure why your morning wood is increasing substantially. Maybe you can explain what you mean by increasing substantially. Bigger, harder erections, erections lasting longer, erections every morning as opposed to once or twice a week?

Yes, i can relate to that. I have no VL. But i have also long periods of no MW at all and than a few Times with strong MW, which makes me doubt about an implant.

I'm sure you've heard before that there is a different mechanism involved with morning wood and nocturnal erections, compared with arousal erections.

I believe a man may have an organic cause of non-engorgement during arousal but still get nocturnal and morning erections. Ask your urologist you confirm.

I'd say not, you'd probably find that if you moved around, the morning wood will subside.
More often than not we don't notice morning woods, from what I read it happens during deep sleep.

But it is a good sign to be getting morning wood.

When I was reading up about everything ed related. Nighttime erections were the important test. You may not even know you get them.

One trick was to wrap your penis in postage stamps. Yep lick the stamps wrap them around your girth and go to sleep. If you wake up and the stamps are apart. You are getting nocturnal erections hard enough to break them.

Just one more thing that might give you an idea of something going on.
