Does anyone pump after being implanted?
Do you do it before errction or after . Also does it temporary increase girth.
I regularly pump just to get the extra temporary girth then use my caverject.
I’m just worried the base may damage the implant tubes . Any doctors said it’s ok?

pau1pau1,
Well...I don't think it's a good idea to inject after a person gets an implant. Think about it, If you have an implant, why inject?

Re: Pumping after implant
There are different opinions on this topic. Some say that pumping isn't a good idea, putting pressure on the cylinders that they weren't built for (external vacuum instead of internal pressure), or that their doctors said it wasn't a good idea, or that it isn't needed Others believe that pumping during the first year of cycling allows for better growth during the first year and they like the feel.
My advice would be to follow what your doctor recommends. Mine said it wouldn't hurt but wouldn't help with growth either. Left it up to me. I decided against it.

Concerning ved use after surgery. I think there is a study supporting the ved use. A link might be in the recommended articles list in a different part of FT.
Also, Dr. Perito mentions the use in one of his YouTube videos. If I remember correctly. He was a co-author on the study.

Re: Pumping after implant
A man with a penile implant should NEVER, NEVER, NEVER stick a needle into his penile shaft. EVER!!! If you nick the tubing in your corpus cavernosum, the saline will leak out and you'll be back in surgery for a revision before I can say this sentence...If you have an implant NEVER, NEVER, NEVER stick a needle in your penile shaft...EVER!!!!!!
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.

Re: Pumping after implant
I think "pau1pau1" is not currently implanted and stated that he uses a VED first followed by Caverject and was asking if a VED will damage the implant.
I might be wrong but I don't think he's suggesting that he use a Caverject after being implanted, regardless of how it reads in his OP.

No that is correct I don’t have a implant yet.
I use a bed to gain temporary girth then inject caverject. However it’s working less and less

You'll be looking at an implant option soon if all other options are starting to fail.
My best advice is to do all the reading you can on the implant procedure.
Go into it educated,, and this is a great forum to start with.
The ved after implant ? I was told not too. don't risk any damage to the implant,, pretty much any damage to the implant sort of means revision surgery,, and your starting all over again. not worth the risk,, IMO.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
