I am sure the answers are all over the range of possibilities. As varied as there are combinations of men and women (and for gay and bisexual implantees, men, too)

I am single, but monogamous. Use my implanted penis at least weekly (my girlfriend lives some distance).

An implanted guy can be as much a Lothario as he desires, just as an unimplanted man can. So, your question really has no meaning, strictly interpreted. Reading between the lines, it appears you might be asking if an implant is a help or a hindrance in getting laid. Is that the case?

If you think an implant affects how well-received you might be with potential sexual partners, think again. What do (women) value in a sexual partner. Surely some do care more for maximum endurance and rigidity over any other considerations. BUT most women of my acquaintance put a higher premium on personality, kindness, openness, generosity of spirit (and some of wallet, too, I must acknowledge) and performance by "other" means than penile.

Also, how you reveal the fact that you have an implant will have an influence on the lady's reaction to it (and to you).

Short answer: If you need an implant, worrying about how ladies will react to it is pointless. It is what it is and you and she will have to deal with it. If you don't NEED an implant for penetrative sex, you are ill-advised to get one. The operation is irreversible and destroying a working bodily function to get a prosthetic is a bad idea for many reasons.

I don't use mine now because I have a problem. And I have not had a woman friend for over a year. But before that I had 2 female friends I was having sex with. I am older and women my age have there own sexual problems but the ones who are still interested seem to be very welcoming and happy to have a man that did not have problems with ED. Once I get my problem fixed I will date women again and plan to do the same as I did before. After talking for a while and figuring out if it was a possibility that we liked each other enough I tell the women that sex is important to me and I had surgery so that I can. So then the ones that do not want sex in a relationship are done and I can move on to someone who is. And the ones who are really like that ED is not a problem. Women who are sexually active will have experience of a man with failure to perform. So this is something they welcome as well as the man being honest and talking about it. As far as how often I would guess an average of 3-4 times a week. We do other things to enjoy each others company and just not sex.

Use it as much or as less as you want. Want sex pump up have sex. Orgasm deflate if you want or not and just keep going.

First part depends almost entirely on how nice YOU are. Second part depends almost entirely on how nice SHE is. Secondary influences are how you introduce (or do not introduce) the fact that you have such a device.

Almost impossible to be more specific to such a question that is SO dependent on the personalities of the two people involved and how their interactions proceed.

Essentially, the answer is almost entirely controlled by YOU.

Sounds like youre overcomplicating the question. If someone asked "can women tell you have a toupee on?" I dont believe helpful responses include "Well it depends on if youre wearing a cowboy hat, a beanie, nothing... its almost impossible to tell how a woman will react to your toupee because we dont know what, if anything, you'll have on your head."

This question to me, in the context of "react to it" as in, based on a woman having a sexual experience with you, did they notice anything "unusual" about it? Were they pleased that it was firm and didnt lose any hardness like a "normal" penis? If the partner knew it was an implant did they have any pros or cons to share? If they didnt know, did they indicate anything that may show signs of wondering if something was "different"?...etc

I dont think anyone in here was thinking "even if I'm not nice to a partner, are they still happy with me?"

I'm in recovery, my lady friend decided to start getting high. So I'm back to masturbating again as often as I did as a teenager and through out my adult life.

Only thing now compared to the past 10 years is that I masturbate with a rock hard penis and no longer pulling on an under inflated one. Lol. Haha, get in under inflated.
