15 days out pump issue

15 days out, and pump is refusing to move down in my scrotum. I did manage to reorient the it from horizontal to vertical, but I can't coax it down. It is riding very high and back, almost into the area of my perineum. This position makes it difficult to find and manipulate the pump to a position where it might be usable. I am supposed to pull and work the pump into a better position before I meet with the AMS rep on the 19th for training, and hopefully activation to begin cycling. I'm starting to really worry. Any words of wisdom guys?
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Mine have been Titans but best I can say is .....keep pulling.... my first pump "migrated" to a place where I could not deflate at all....good luck man!!!

Are you pulling while in a Hot Soak? That's supposed to help. Yesterday I was determined I to at least get the pump started to turn over. Took my first Oxy Narc pill today. Wee bit over zealous on the pulling. I start in the Hot Tub Monday Morning.

Seems strange the Doc would leave the pump Bulb end Up. All the training videos and images show Bulb Down and deflate button Up. I read "Pull the pump Down" to mean just grab and sink it to the bottom of the scrotum. My reality is a 180 degree flip. Pump is "Ass Up". What am I missing ?

Doc said I can't take a bath, hot tub etc for at least 3 weeks. I have used a heating pad which makes my sac relax and hang down, but hasn't made moving the pump any better. My pump was actually positioned 90 degrees, making it horizontal instead of vertical.

Seems to be 1,00 Docs and 1,000 ways to do Implant aftercare. Time will tell.

Understatement of the century. Btw, I believe that most of the 1,000 methods work out in the end.
