I thought, that's a strange question for my Doctor to ask. I figured he'd make the decision.
So.... besides high or low, what do you have for placement? Does it matter which way the deflate button is? I'll be AMS CX. I'm right handed. I'm not worried about "hiding" the pump. I guess, low to the front? Which direction is best for pressure to operate the pump? Front facing for finger pressure or Rear facing for Thump pressure to activate?
Thoughts, your experience, please.
5 days to go. Excited to finally get this done.

Re: Where do you want the pump?
Wish I'd been given the option. I have an oversized left testicle and a small right one and my doctor put the pump in the left side, sharing the space with the goose egg testicle. When I asked him about the pump and reservoir being in the left side, he said he was right-handed and that was just easier for him.

Re: Where do you want the pump?
Mine is low and I like it there.
I have to grab the top where the tubing connects to support the pump when pumping.
Otherwise it squirts out when I pump and that's not fun.
I do have lots of room due to taking T injections.

Comments on Deflate valve front or back? Maybe there's no option?

Mine is very low in the left. I am still not sure how it is oriented with the button yet--I've only had it just over a week and there is still some swelling.
