A member here, JH2007 confirmed that Ramon Nomar has had an implant for some years and you can verify it by watching his videos. If you haven't read JH2007's thread here, he's also in the adult entertainment industry as a performer for videos. He had a Titan but decided it was too easily seen and video shoots had to be carefully planned so he got it replaced with a malleable.

JH2007 gave hints to his identity but wouldn't say who he was on-screen and asked that anyone who did figure it out to please respect his privacy and not spread it around. Specific hint that JH2007 gave about himself was that there aren't many recent male performers in the industry with his initials (JH). That along with careful examination of his photographs for his birthmarks and unique anatomical features (mole near navel, uniquely shaped glans) - and comparison to those features of mainstream performers with the initials "JH" gave me the answer to which he confirmed.
