Is it possible to have implant with 5 inch dick?

I am 31 years old guy living in South Asia. I have been suffering from ED from 18 years old i guess. I have been mustarbating since the age of 15 and I think I got my ED from Prone mustarbation( mustarbating in bed lying in back) which caused excessive pressure in the base of penis. Long story short, at 18 I suffered from a situation known as Hard Flaccid where your pennis remains small and hard in normal condition. My ED also starts from there.

Now I am 31. My condition remains the same. I need continuous manual simulation to keep it erect. Because of suffering from ED for such long years, I guess my penis become small. Last time I measured, It is 5 inch when erect.

My question is, can I have a functioning dick if I go for implant with such size dick.??? Will it be enough for penetration?

5" is not small! It is just below average, you are good to go.

I was 5" or below before implant surgery and I'm between 5.5-5.75" now, depending on the day. I got a 15cm AMS 700 CX without rear tip extenders (do the math and ask how the hell it's possible to have 5.75" length with a 5.9" device). I have barely any crus whatsoever.

Of course you can.
You could also use so pump prior to surgery to regain any length that has been lost.

It's great that I regained some size that I lost but the full truth is that before PD & ED I had about 6.5" so I'm still short of my size 30 years ago.
