Cycling After Implant

Postby kickit40 » Fri Feb 05, 2021 9:45 pm

Gentlemen,

I am about 6 weeks post-op with my Titan implant.

I have started cycling for about 30 minutes - 60 minutes per day. I have a few questions for you veterans:

- When cycling I have some pain in my perineum area, have you experienced this?
- How do you know when you are inflated 100%?
- How long did it take for you to regain length?

Appreciate the help and support.

I cycled 1st time since implant. It was 1 week to the day after implant. Yes there will be perineum pain as well as a bit of glans pain. How much depends on how long it has been since a person has had a full erection. The longer the more pain as the implant stretches the somewhat shrunken penis. From what my surgeon says....when you can no longer pump, it is fully inflated. The number of pumps that takes varies and will increase as your penis stretches. That is why when a revision is done usually you take a larger implant.
Implant 1/28/2021. Dr Stephen A Johnson. Done at Baylor, Scott and White in Sherman, Texas. TRT since 2005, serious ED from 2004. Used nearly all PDE5 drugs. Injections failed. Started cycling at 1 week. Cycle most days. AMS 700 CX 23cm, 100ml reservoir.

The two cylinders, when inflating, rest and push against the bone in your pelvic/perineum area and it takes a little time for everything to settle in. Remember, when the surgeon measured to get the correct length, he poked a device down and up to get the best measurement. "Trauma"...you might just be a little sore.
Don't try for 100% inflation, it will be just a effective to pump until real firm and hold that for 30 minutes.
At 100%, you can no longer squeeze to pump ball. Even today 100% isn't real comfortable for me...but she loves it. Oh well.
3-4 months after surgery I was back to where I started. Now, 1 1/2 + years out I've gained a little length and more girth. I still pump every day.
PM me if you have more ?'s
