Well I’m scheduled for surgery on the 17th with DR Eid. Thoughts?

I saw that! A reference to his username "JATO", or jet assisted take-off...

I am five days ahead of you--the 12th with Dr Herati at Johns Hopkins. Just finished my pre-op physical and blood work. Let's keep in touch and best wishes for a great outcome.
And being retired AF--I like the JATO reference as well.

Roger that. Keep me updated. However my 1st surgery is the implant that stays hard for 3 months because I have SO much plaque. After 3 months he will remove and put in the pump system.

Jato,
Dr Eid recommended the same procedure for me as well. Did you get any other opinions? I trust him and he seems to be the best but it doesn’t sound like he does a lot of grafting surgeries. Did he say he’d have an inflatable implant in the OR in case you can handle it instead of the malleable?

Not that you need reminding...DO exactly what you doctors ask of you,,,to the letter!
Remember - the surgery is a "short" term pain for a LONG term gain.
In 6-8 weeks you'll be "back in the saddle, again". The first time having sex with no pills, injections, pumps and the lot is pure heaven.
Again... doctor say, patient do.

Thanks for the reminder--I plan on being incredibly OCD about doctors instructions.

He DEFF said I will need the Malleable because I have so much Plaque and scar tissue.
I had graft surgery lil over a year ago and the DR was a bone head and made it worse because the way it healed. Dr eid says the only way that will work with as much as I have is to keep it erect for 3 months.
