Flaccid state with an implant + TIPS feeling

Hi guys. I'm an "hard grower" now, with a flaccid penis of like 9cm in lenght and 10 in girth. With an implant (i would go for the TITAN) i will obviously become a shower, so i will have a size nearly my full erection, which is 16/16.5cm in lenght and 13.5/14cm in girth.

I wanted to know from "growers" guys if the flaccid is uncomfortable, painful or boring during everyday life for us and, especially, if the TIPS are so much perceptible/painful.

I want my "big" penis obviously, but i don't want the all-day life to become an hell due to the flaccid implant ...

Despite having times when you'd think I had a micro-penis (glans stick to my pubes), I start around 5" in length now when deflated. I don't have any discomfort due to the constant longer length. I believe the smooth muscles responsible for retracting a flaccid penis just don't have enough strength to shrink the size significantly against the resistance if the implant but they also don't pull hard enough to feel pain from the resistance.

I absolutely do feel the tips when deflated but only if I squeeze the tip of my penis (first 1.5" or so). When inflated I don't notice them too much because the rest of the implant is hard but you will feel the tips - but you get used to it. It's not going to feel like a fully natural unimplanted penis.

As for comfort, as stated previously in this post, they only are uncomfortable if I squeeze them. As to "HARD SEX", I have had a couple of occasions where I was going to come completely out of my wife and then SLAM back in hard to slap our pubes together and missed the hole, instead hitting her pubic bone head-on. It wasn't comfortable when that happened but it didn't really HURT so much as just didn't feel right. I was able to continue and complete our play for the night without any pain and no soreness as a result. I don't think you'll have anything to worry about with as you say, "Hard sex". Unless there is some other underlying condition that causes continued pain, I don't think the tips will cause any concern even if you do like I did a couple of times and slam the tip of your dick into her pubic bone. The thought makes me wince but it really didn't hurt.

I agree with pretty much everything Wayne said. Personally, the tips make blowjobs a bit less comfortable for me, but only when I hit the back of the throat and the head gets pressed into the tips. Like Wayne says, not painful but feels "wrong" and a bit startling.

Flaccid state isn't my favorite for sure. Always have to tuck it in some direction, and for me it sticks out almost at a 90 degree angle when naked even when deflated (still a bit lower than it did when I first got it). I'm at around 5 months now, and have a Titan.

But when we're talking about lack of discomfort, it takes a few months to get used to it. In month 2 and 3, sitting for more than an hour in jeans was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. It's only in the last month or so that I can really deal with keeping things constrained for longer periods of time like an entire workday. An implant is a major adjustment in your life, and most of us who have one didn't exactly want to go through all of this, but felt that it was less traumatic to deal with a piece of medical technology jammed into our dicks rather than not being able to have penetrative sex for the rest of our lives.

I have no regrets about my choice, but I do try to lean on the side of not romanticizing what it's like to have an implant. Hope this was helpful!

No, it's not uncomfortable in the "deflated" state. I've worn blue jeans, both loose and tight, I've worn kilts (without underwear) and I've gone nude and walked around and even climbed stairs and such without any discomfort. The only discomfort I had initially was for the first month or two when the pump would get in bad position and I'd have to adjust it. Nowadays it's not an issue but I've been 15 months since my surgery now.

As hopeful_future stated, I have no regrets in my decision to get an implant and have been having a blast with it since I was basically asexual with the exception of the occasional masturbation for the past 20 years. I would have preferred to have my penis of 30 years ago back instead but we all live in the real world and with severe erectile dysfunction and 20-30 degree bend and hourglass deformity at mid-shaft from Peyronie's Disease, this was the only way to make my penis usable again.

The implant is not a perfect solution but it IS a solution and allows me to get back into being sexually active (moreso than ever before!) after over 20 years of emotional denial and resulting virtual celibacy.

Hope794...You're a big fella so I imagine that once you finally decide on an implant and most assuredly if you go with Dr. Eid, you will get a Titan. I have an AMS LGX and its flaccid condition is completely different than a Titan flaccid, which is discussed ad nauseum on FT. My flaccid is about 2 inches longer post-op but it hangs naturally, which is not the case with a Titan. If I were you, I would pay more attention to posts from Bionic Brothers who have a Titan implant.

Your size is similar to what I had before surgery.
I was 9-10 cm flaccid and 16.5 cm erect.
Eid placed a 24 cm Titan in me, and now, 5 years after surgery, I am 15 cm flaccid and 18 cm erect.

Tips uncomfortable? For me, no. Absolutely not. Never.
Not when flaccid, not when erect.
When erect, I am lucky that my glans gets and stay hard during sex. Maybe it would be uncomfortable if it did not. I don't know.

Do I feel the tips in daily life? No. Never.
When having sex? No. Never.

And then the never-ending question of the Titan's flaccid state.
If the Titan gives a shitty flaccid pointing straight out and creating a huge bulge in your pants, then explain these pictures to me.
Maybe the explanation for shitty flaccids are not Titan itself, but shitty installation from the doc and shitty post-op protocol leaving the penis inflated (and the reservoir empty) for too long..?
Anyway, you are going with Eid, have a similar sized dick as me, so your flaccid should be fine.
