what kind of Tape to stay upright?

Lots of references of keeping your penis straight up for xxx amount of days. Taping to the abdomen is a method mentioned. What kind of tape and how did you tape it up? Seems the penis skin would be way to sensitive to be taped. Maybe taped, then a shower to remove everyday?

As well as how to use the Jockstrap. Layered? Under ware, jockstrap, ice Under ware?

my doc doesnt want it up or down, i am to wear compression shorts and alternate dsys wear it left then right. i would check with your doc and see whst he suggests.

I was going to ask the same thing. Will putting my penis upwards towards the belly and then wearing briefs help with improving my erection angle? Can experienced members of this forum please chime in.

My doctors instructions did not say to do it. I think it would be really a problem when inflated bending to set down. And undoing and redoing every time you have to pee.

Ask your doctor like was said. The way I understood it was the tape goes non sticky side up under the penis so it does not stick to the penis and around to the other side which will have the sticky side down again. Or there are self sticking bandage wraps you could make a sort of belt with using the loop under the penis. I did not do this so I have no experience with it.

Under the handout section labeled "Starting your new life" paragraph WOUND: If the incision is on the scrotum or undersurface of the penis keep the penis elevated (pointed to the sky) and supported against the lower abdomen. You may tape the penis to the lower abdomen to help the incision to stay clean and dry."

I had the pubic area entry. Doc just left me 80% inflated and said don't touch it for 4 weeks. I am retired and could lay around in PJs or naked all day. I hav a deep cruse and the RTE is buried deep. Inflatable part hangs off the rte right at my pubic bone. When pumped hard it is at 3 o'clock and solid.
