Postby Pamen116 » Sat Dec 12, 2020 12:12 pm

Happy Saturday everyone hope all is well with everyone during this time. Just curious if anyone has reached or passed 7 inches length with a 18cm IPP ?
30 yrs old. Current IPP failed in 2022. Waiting revision. No insurance. I’ve had both Titan & AMS.

That would be right at the borderline of possible even for someone with almost no crus (like me). I've got a 15cm (5.9") implant and I have between 5.5-6.0" depending on engorgement. My distal implant tips are about half inch from the tip of the penis (0.5" of glans beyond the tips). For 5.9" of implant length, I've got basically 5.9" of penile length and my tubing comes out of my corpora almost distally (right above my scrotum).

With my dimensions internally, if I had 7" of distal penis length I might have gotten an 18cm implant (7.1" or 7.086614 inches) which would mean about 7.5" of possible length. So yes it is possible but highly unlikely to get to 7" with an 18 cm implant without any RTEs.

Since you're apparently speaking based on your own implant's dimensions, I might add that you show 18 cm of length plus 3 cm of RTE which equals 21cm of total tip-to-tip length. 21cm is 8.26" so yes, it's very likely that a person with 21cm of total implant length could have 7" or more of penile length (DISTAL).

I can't answer your question but I feel I should point out a few factors to consider. Your implant is 18cm but you have 3cm of RTE's. So you really are looking for 7" out of a 21cm implant. Your results are going to be very dependent upon the depth of your crus. If your crus was shallow then more of the implant will be out of your body thus your penis would be longer than a guy with 21cm & a deep crus.
Did your doctor tell you your cruz depth?

Wayne thank you. Yeah I didn’t really think the RTEs mattered or played a part, but that’s good news. I just need to be patient and remain doing my cycling. It’s been difficult even at 4 months as I still have pain at the base

I don’t know how deep my crus is. I wish I had a more shallow one tho! Lol

I don't think a shallow crus would get you what you're hoping for. The doctor would of likely of used a shorter implant to match your distal & your shallow crus. You are going to get an implant that matches what you are laying on the table. Sorry.

Your penis is probably not going to get any bigger. I would advise investing as much time as possible in doing things that bring you happiness and take your mind off the remote possibility of marginally increasing the size of your implanted penis, which, remember, did not work before you had the implant. You might want to spend more time worrying about living in a world in which establishing and maintaining genuine human connection is becoming increasingly difficult.
