Hi everyone
Here are some current pictures of my surgery by Dr. Kansas from July 27, 2020


Question
I’m wondering if anyone knows if I’ll gain any more in “girth” with the AMS CX? Any one see any increase in girth/length after 3 months Post op?


I have a AMS CX 18cm/3cm RTE- currently 6.75 length and 5. girth

30 yrs old. Current IPP failed in 2022. Waiting revision. No insurance. I’ve had both Titan & AMS.

Well I see a lot of guys with SIGNIFICANT increase in girth. I was implanted 1/15/19 and have increased girth from 4.25 to 4.5. I think I need to up my cycling from once every 1 1/2 weeks to daily. I just feel that I still have potential for more girth increase.
Implanted with Titan 1/15/19 with Dr. Eid.
6-length 4.5-girth.

Hey Vagabond- when did you start to see the growth from 4.25 to 4.5? I just started cycling again every day I’m 3 months post op but just feel like I have more potential to grow as well. Thanks for the reply

About 2 months I started to see increased girth but the .25 increase took a little bit longer. I need to take the time to cycle more and more aggressively. I keep seeing guys with amazing girth increase. I hope to be one of those guys. I'll keep you posted.

You may pickup some length but I don't think the girth will change. You have a beautiful package now, be proud of it.
Implanted 6/26/2018, Coloplast Titan 20cm, no RTE'S, infra pubic, Dr. Rhee, Kaiser :o 8-) 81 yrs., married 58 yrs. ED for over 20 yrs.

Happy Toy- I’ve been told it’s skinny which has really been taking it toll on me :cry: I’m pleased with the length but I wonder if I cycle more aggressively If I could gain .25. For some weird reason my base is wider then my middle shaft and top. Thanks for the response

That, my friend, is NOT a skinny dick. It definitely above average in length AND girth. Nothing to be sad about there.

And if it’s thickest at the base, enjoy thrusting deep and holding there to feel the stretch. ;-)

The question now is, is that a "Sharpie" or a real tattoo? If it is the latter, was it done before surgery?
