Is Floppy Head Normal?

I've had my implant since 1/15/19. I was always under the impression that everyone had floppy head after surgery. It seems many do not. Is it something I should talk to my surgeon about?

I don't believe it's normal. There may have been a reason why the tips couldn't be inserted into your glans though, such as scarring that couldn't be removed.

My tips come about 50% into my glans, so much so that I've stated in the past that it feels like I have two short "library pencils" stuffed side-by-side, inside the head of my dick.

Vagabond I thought I had floppy head aswel but I didn’t I just wasn’t getting the natural engorgement properly into the glans. Time plus lube plus a big help for me in every way was and is using a cock ring!! I can have great sex without it but prefer to wear it now!! I was implanted 1/15/19. Sadly I haven't used it yet due to other problems. I'm afraid I won't be able to do anal that well. Head does not engorged like before. BUT when I wear a tight rubber ring around my balls my head gets nice and hard. I just want to have enough information before I call my surgeon.

You sound like me I didn’t use the implant properly for actually a couple of years I put it down to a botch job by my urologist.. a lot of people on here said to me that it was floppy head but it wasn’t.. when you masturbate do you get good engorgement and feel like your old self again!! My advice till you get comfortable with the implant is plenty of lube on the glans and lube on what ever orifice your going for!!!
