All the inflatable implants are capable of giving you a harder and more rigid erection than the best you ever had in your heyday. As far as "upright" is concerned, there is a lot of variation and nothing I have read or heard says any maker's device has a more upright erection than any other. This is a matter of the structure of your pelvic crus, the use of RTEs (rear tip extenders), the skill of your surgeon and the quality of your aftercare.
