Long story short, i would like to undergo a surgery that will probably use "grafting" technique to remove fibrosis caused by Peyronie's Disease.
Unfortunately, my fibrosis extends on the dorsal area of the shaft, where the neurovascular bundle lays. I suspect that my ED is caused by fibrosis attacking the neurovascular bundle in some points, so i would like to ask if someone here had a similiar situation (grafting the dorsal area of the penis, where the fibrosis "attacked" the neurovascular bundle) and how did the surgeon manage that situation.
I've seen many videos on youtube where top notch surgeons "isolate" the neurovascular bundle by pulling it a little bit far from the penis. What if some fibrosis is there and "traps" the bundle?
Finally, i would like to know from guys who underwent grafting procedures if they lost sensations with the grafting.
Thanks everyone!!!
