Ball removal...

Postby LookingUp » Wed Sep 30, 2020 7:26 am

My name is ____ and I have a small Sac....

As a lot of us are over 60, probably past the baby making phase of life. Has anyone had a Nut removed to make way for the Pump? One concern would be Testosterone level and all it does for the body. Not just labido and erections (no stiffy here). Testosterone can be replaced.

So, bad idea? I'll bring it up at my Uro visit.

Most surgeons (it is my belief) feel ethically forbidden to remove a healthy organ for convenience. Exceptions I know of are removal of tonsils, appendix, etc. A man's scrotum is pretty elastic and while the pump mechanism is a bit inconvenient at times, the accommodation for it is, for most men, easily made. For the man's partner, because the mechanism is still readily felt to be NOT a testicle, little advantage is gained.

Also, a man can impregnate a woman for as long as he produces sperm and can deliver it (by whatever means - in vitro, in-situ or in-vivo). Some men (at least one I know personally, at the age of 69 when he was unlikely to have a partner of child-bearing age ever again) chose to have a vasectomy - just in case.

You can bring it up. If you want a testicle removed to make space, I imagine your surgeon will try to talk you out of it. If to reduce pregnancy odds, your surgeon will say it is not very effective to remove just one and vasectomy is much more certain.

I really don't see the point in this. Most women won't be looking at your sac, you can always explain it away. You may also develop gyno, even if you do TRT. Why play around with a healthy organ? There are other consequences to low testosterone and TRT is tricky and may have side effects as well.

Understand the, It's not broken, don't remove it. I tested right at 150 Test and did replacement injections for a year. Experienced there.

I more concerned about Ball room in a small sac. don't plan on popping any female rawdog in any fertile age group.

Not about looks. all about comfort after healing. Prior to and when I ejaculate, my nutz are up inside my pubic fat area. Left and right of penis shaft. Not much sac left showing at all.

Take it from someone who is essentially castrated, cherish your balls. Mine failed and I went on T, and after that they completely disappeared. Literally non-existent now, just very small fatty remnants the size of a shelled almond. I had saline implants put in to make it look like I have a nut sack and more normal appearance. I can tell you that even on T, libido is gone, and I think it has a lot to do with not having functioning testicles. The semen is essentially just clearish water, with no sperm content to it. I so wish I had normal functioning balls. Don't get rid of any of them. Embrace what you have.

My sack is about the same as you described. With my implant in there is enough room for all. Two nuts, pump, and tubes. I have the AMS 700 which so I’m told is bigger than the Titan.

Every now and then when I get in a vehicle or sit one or the other “ buddies” in my sack get bumped and a little discomfort but I had that issue before implant as well.

You and your sack will adjust
