Update with CT Photos Pg 1
I meet the new Urologist on 9/18, after examining me she agreed not only was there a blow out but the implant was improperly installed. I had a CT scan on 9/22 and it’s very obvious the first URO botched the install. I have attached copies of the CT scan.

Re: What Is The Procedure To Repair This?
Could be as simple as a leak in a tube, reservoir, bad pump or connector, or it could be a cylinder leaking.
Depending on what the issue is that's causing an alleged leak, it may be a relatively easy revision (replace leaky connector, cut out bad part of tubing, replace pump or reservoir) or it could be more of a major "total-replacement" revision if the cylinder is leaking.

Do you think the insurance will cover the repair?

Re: What Is The Procedure To Repair This?
I was told by my doctor's office when I was worried about needing a revision, that if the insurance covered the original implant, a revision that is due to anything other than dissatisfaction (failure, infection, improper placement) should be covered. That may or may not be true but that's what I've heard.

I've heard a similar story as Waynetho described. My only warning is that some ulta cheap insurance plans. Think Obamacare tin level plans. Might have a pretty steep co-pay charge. No secrets in the world. To a degree, you get what you pay for.

I had an issue like that in 2017 & 2018. In 17 that did a total replacement. I
Five months later in 18 that had to replace the pump. Insurance paid for both surgeries.
