3 or 4 times I tried fully pumping before bed. I'd measure then go to sleep. Waking up a few times each night, I'd give it a couple more squeezes. In the morning I'd do it again and remeasure. Never gained any length, not even an eighth. I don't know about you guys but vacuum therapy was the only thing that broke my encapsulation. Nothing else made a dime of difference.

What you and other guys say here about the positive effects of vacuum pumping post implant is amazing.

Having been on sites like Thundersplace and P E GYM where guys are reporting good results with vacuum pumping, it is encouraging to see guys with implants report the same thing post implant.

After all, ALL of us as men, whether we are in a group of men who verbally agree or disagree on size, we all know in our hearts as Bib has stated on the sites mentioned above, bigger is better. That's Bib's acronym for his huge dick he built primarily with hanging.i

When I first cycled I was 4.5". When I first had sex after implant with a woman I was 5". I am now just over 6" and that inch was all from inflating for about an hour and adding pumps to stretch. This was after 3 months and I was healed. I tried to use a VED once and I had really bad pain afterwards so I have not tried again. Just shows we can be different. Still down from my just shy of 7" healthy youth. Maybe next implant will get me more and let me use a VED. This one doesn't like it. But with all the good reports on VED therapy sure seems like men should try it. Even found a reference to it in my LGX user dvd.

Hey Man. I had a friend who swore by a cylinder called Vel Seal. The pubic end of the cylinder he ordered had a soft pliable white type component to it that surrounded the pubic end opening that my friend said was wonderful for creating the seal required to pressurize the cylinder.

I dont know if they are still in business. But you might want to check out cylinders that have that soft pliable part of the tube that goes against your pubic flesh.

On top of all of the effort it takes to work at any type of penis enlargement, pumping included, I find that once I get into it, it is alot of fun. It is an investment in the private soul of who we are as men- - - - OUR DICKS.

I have the same problem. So I lube up and then submerge that bottom of the cylinder beneath the water. It slowly fills up but the seal is tight enough to get the job done. Once the cylinder fills up I just keep going using water. Works well but ruins the pump so use cheap ones and have extras on hand. The bulb pumps last longer but you need to just keep squeezing after it looks like there is no more left. That actually gives me greater pressure than the pull handle pumps.

The way my tubing is located at the base of my penis. I am afraid the cylinder would put way to much stress on them. The base would be sitting right on them and just put more and more pressure. For me. I just am not willing to take a chance on putting any stress on my tubing.

I am pretty thin as well and have 0 fat pad to help take stress off so pretty much bottom seal would be sitting right on my left and right cylinder exit tubing along with the tubes going to the pump.
