Your subject line refers to the reservoir and your post refers to the pump.

The reservoir is in you abdomen and very unlikely to be visible or palpable absent a very thorough physical, clinical exam. Think you your Doctor palpated your liver in past exams. You have to press pretty deep to feel either.

The pump in your scrotum is another matter. Mine clearly "prints" in the outline of my scrotum, especially if I am wearing form-fitting underwear. The pump bulb hangs low and left, below my left testicle. It is my greatest disappointment with the implant, but purely cosmetic and has no deleterious effect on the operation of the implant.

The orientation and placement of the pump and valve depends a lot on the surgeon's placement technique and is also affected by the healing process, which you can largely control with the advice of your surgeon (and members here, as well).

It's possible the PUMP may be detectable or the tubing between the pump and your dick, but it's not likely for the reservoir to be visible since it's inside the abdominal wall.

My pump hangs a bit lower than my left testicle which is egg-sized and sits on top of it or sometimes painfully beside it. I would've been a prime candidate for ventral phalloplasty which removes the scrotal webbing and gives the appearance of a longer dick from below. Since I have a lot of excess scrotal skin and my implant cylinders were installed VERY distally, the tubing creates "VTL" in my scrotum (Visible Tubing Lines). If you have a more proximal installation (deeper crus) or get an infrapubic installation, the tubing will be much more difficult to detect than mine is.
