WARNING about ICE

Be careful when applying ice. I used a hospital ice pack that had a cotton outer. I thought that was enough insulation. It felt real nice only inflamed sack. BUT, I left it on to long and got frost bite on my scrotum skin. Now, that is more painful than the part healing. I always over do.
