Anybody just get fed up with 3 piece problems and get a malleable?

Anybody just get fed up with 3 piece problems and get a malleable?

Postby OregonStrong » Tue Jul 28, 2020 10:57 pm

I've been having some AMS pump issues lately, only got my implant 6 weeks ago, and in the beginning I'd feel the click and it would pump up like usual, but usually now there isn't a click or one doesn't occur until I've pumped several times, and in the shower yesterday I was pumping but the cylinders were actually DEFLATING as I did it. I'm speculating I was actually pumping the fluid back into the reservoir sucking it out of the cylinders. Tried to push release valve again then started pumping again and it never clicked, but it did start to inflate again. I've seen guys have to get their AMS or Titan bulbs replaced for various reasons, and wonder how many people just say fuck it and get a malleable put in and not deal with it anymore?

I am not sure what principles means by "underrated".

Have you called your Patient Liaison at AMS. They have a LOT of experience dealing with issues and helping patients without incurring additional medical fees. That is one of the things they are there for.

To answer your specific question: Very few find the malleable to be more convenient than inflatable. The malleable trades one set of inconveniences for another.
