I think I just need to vent…...

I was implanted back in October with 18 cm LGX and 2 cm of rear tips… well I am happy things get hard, there’s been so much negative with it that I’m just starting to get a little weight down by it… I kind of feel like I need to vent it out to a few guys who will actually understand… this is a giant bitching post so, I’m sorry in advance… It’s just getting to me… I started off really wanting the Titan… because of my organ transplants “completely understandably“ the doctor felt more comfortable doing an LG ex than anything… so, also because of my transplant, I went into this surgery having to do intermittent cathing “Amount I was drinking didn’t match up to the amount of output“ this was maybe twice a month… I left surgery and I’m still doing this once a day at this point… for about two months after surgery, I wasn’t urinating at all without catheterization… I called the surgeon and he said “call the smart people at Penn, I’ve never dealt with this before“… That was kind of discouraging as he told me that there would be absolutely no issue with urination… That’s when I knew something was wrong with my implant… so, a couple of weeks in the healing, I noticed the pump block was extremely high up and sticking sideways to the shaft of my penis and I was told to leave it alone… This bothers me to this day… after this, I started to notice a bulge as I was cycling in my scrotum… I tried calling the doctor on Martin Luther King day and wasn’t able to get back into his office or even hear from him for about a month past that… he told me the proximal stitches didn’t heal correctly and I would need a revision… Then, Ms. Rona hit and he had to close his surgical center for a while and there was no way I was getting in there with my immunosuppression anyway… so, the final big issue is the sizing… I really don’t get how my stretch test was 6.75 and I’m still walking around with a 5.25 bone pressed penis almost 9 months later… I’m assuming it’s that proximal cylinder but, I still don’t see how the math adds up to 20 cm ever becoming 6.75 inches or anything even close to it. I’m worrying now about scar tissue building up while I have to wait to recover from another surgery to get this thing revised… so, I’m kind of grumpy and in a bad place and I’m kind of having a little bit of short penis syndrome right now reading through most of these posts of guys with a similar size as mine getting larger implants and being so happy with them… I am happy for you guys 100% but, I just like a little bit of good out of this… I’ve still been unable to get the significant other pregnant which was the whole point of this and would be good enough in itself to fix all of the other problems… anyway, I’m trying really hard to just be happy with the fact that I can have any sex at all with this thing but, I would rather not have to deal with all of these problems right now… I’ve got enough going on… I hope everyone is well… Just send some good vibes!…

I don't blame you for bitching. Your doc should have listened closer to what you wanted. Wish I had known a lot of the info here on FT before my implant, I would have asked a lot of questions of my surgeon.
I'm in the same boat though, let the surgeon decide on what implant. I was about 6 1/2" before ED. After my implant it's a measly 5" fully pumped up. Again, yea it's great to get a hard on again but the wife can really tell of my "shortage".
I sure don't want to go through another surgery, but damn that doc.

Yeah, I understand his reasoning and I went with his advice every step of the way… He really is a good surgeon and I can’t blame him for most of this but, I can always wonder certain things about it all… it’s those damn “what if‘s“. I’m sorry you’re going through the same thing… I wish you well!

I will try to I am you… I just want everyone to know that I truly do not blame the surgeon! He is sincerely skilled and was an extremely nice guy but, my medical history is kind of extensive… I just didn’t expect absolutely everything that could to go wrong with the exception of an infection “Tap wood“…

If you had read the back posts, you would have seen Kramer has a lot of revisions because of high pump placement. I don't know how such a great surgeon keeps making the same mistake. I personally asked for a pre connected device. Less room for error. I had infrapubic install and do have tube routing that resembles a freeway interchange, but I don't notice it now completely healed. Main thing is the pump is in the right place. Length?? I have a deep cruse and could feel the entire length of my dick from the trimix pain. I have a 15cm + 5cm rte buried inside. My total trimix size was 9 inch, anus to glans. That is what I have now. I know my implant was aggressively sized because when I pump to max 2 years later it feels like the implant is going to rip me apart. I was full length 6 weeks after the operation. I have sex at about 90% pumped. My Dr Boyd retired after 30 years of doing these operations but was told today that he is back one day a week because he could not stand the boredom of retirement. If anyone is on the west coast I strongly recommend USC-Keck hospital. Drs Boyd and LoDoyle.

. What if Kramer learned how to install an implant without creating a high pump placement. Thats not a" what iff" situation , it is a WTF situation.
