Have anyone used those pills you see in the gas station and are they any good?

Some of them do work, but only because they secretly have Viagra or Cialis in the pill, along with God knows what else. I would recommend you try real cialis or Viagra instead.
Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

In the beginning of my ED, l-arginine and tonkat Ali worked to some extent. These are available in local it’s in stores and online.

Prelox (pycnogenol + arginine) is the only OTC product I recommend.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
