Hello,
I’m 71 and have been on injection therapy for about 1 year. My current prescription dosage is 30mg 3mg 20mcg/ml. After a year on this dose I’ve noticed A slight decrease in hardness and duration. What the next step up in dosage?

It varies by what the pharmacy will provide and what the doctor will prescribe. There isn't a universal standard. I'd ask the pharmacist and have him call your doctor to approve the script change.
RRP 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Wehle. Non nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 7 - 16 units. Originally Edex20 or 40, then compounded PGE1 due to cost. Inject. 14 yrs. It works. FL Treasure coast.

Steve, yes the best one to ask is your doctor. I went from Trimix to Quadmix, but that didn't work for long.
If you've only been on Trimix for one year and it's already failing, hate to say but an implant is in your future if you want to keep getting any sex.
