Good Gentlemen,
My confounded AMS 700 is frustrating the hell out of me. As I pace the floor waiting for my prostate biopsy result, I had wanted a bit of sex. I squeeze till my nutsack is painful. Trust me, light pumps, squeeze it till it seems the bulb collapses and - not a bloody thing!
Now - I originally went to and NJ Urologist because of the travel restrictions. Implant done in Palm Beach County, Florida on 1/29/20. At first, I was experiencing some auto-inflations. That no longer happens.
Am I premature to think I "sprung a leak" and the saline is out of the reservoir??? Is there anyway for me to check this at home?
Once my biopsy is in (performed on 5/13), I then intend to get into this major league. Meanwhile, it serves to compound my anxiety, frustration and raw anger.
As always, thanks for your kind advice.

I am a little unclear. You squeeze lightly until the bulb collapses? Normally you have to squeeze hard and the bulb has a sudden collapse. Subsequent squeezes should be easier but getting progressively harder (as your implant inflates). For the first few months after my implant, my scrotum was fairly painful when pumping up, but that gets better as my technique improved (practice makes perfect) and my scrotum tissues healed and got tougher.
If anything is abnormal, a phone call to the manufacturer's Patient Liaison would be my first call. The P.L. is there (and free of charge) to help and often can help quicker and better than the surgeon. The P.L. probably (note: probably, as this depends a lot on the surgeon) has more experience walking patients through the operating the device. The surgeon is expert at INSTALLING the device, not so much at OPERATING the device.
Good luck and praying for a favorable biopsy result.

Re: How Hard Should I Have to Squeeze Pump?
I encountered the "Can't squeeze the MS bulb for shit" a couple of days ago. I had just pumped up and released some saline and wanted to pump back up to max but the bulb wouldn't pop, felt like a marble.
I didn't panic. I had been lightly pressing the release valve which only allows a little saline out while pressing but not continuously. All I did to fix the hard bulb in this case was to press the release valve completely (I had only partially pressed it before). The button clicked, the remaining saline started draining and then I was able to pop the bulb to pump up again.
Keep that in mind if you encounter a hard bulb that won't let you pump. Try pressing the RELEASE (DEFLATE) button fully and see if the bulb will pop afterward.
